The Four Corners Film Festival is three days of high-quality independent film showcasing a diverse range of filmmaking voices (including Native American, female, military veteran, and faith-based filmmakers).
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2020 festival will be a virtual event featuring streaming of selected films. Selected screenplays will also be posted. Event organizers are currently working with actors, writers, and studio executives to offer interactive workshops, webinars, and discussion panels around industry topics. Special guest appearances will be announced in July. Submissions for films and screenplays are open through August 15th, 2020.
Our talented and hard working team of directors, producers, actors, contractors, and writers offer educational and on-the-job training workshops to strengthen the film production workforce. We have partnered with the City of Farmington, San Juan County, San Juan College, Farmington High School and Piedra Vista High School to ensure we enhance existing programs, and expand on real world production company experience.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for local filmmakers, and large scale, out of state productions to film in the Four Corners region. We work with local sound stage and production companies to provide grip packages, and top-of-the line cinema camera packages at reasonable prices for incoming productions, special rates for in-state productions, and no charge to local students in film, broadcast, or media based programs. We also assist with permits, insurance, location scouting, transportation, and craft services so that filmmakers can focus on making films!
